A completed undergraduate degree is required. **Position Summary:** As the Commercial Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement strategy for raw materials, grocery products, and sweet-category items, aiming for availability, quality, profit margin, and price competitiveness. You will lead the purchasing team, negotiate with suppliers, and support commercial management to achieve sales and profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the purchasing strategy for sweet grocery categories, aligned with financial and assortment plans. * Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, freight, and warranties. * Conduct purchasing planning (forecasting), inventory control, product turnover, and loss minimization. * Monitor supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, compliance) and conduct periodic evaluations. * Develop and monitor KPIs (Total Cost of Ownership, product margin, lead time, stockout levels). * Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and preservation teams to plan promotional campaigns and product launches. * Manage the sweet product mix, promotions, seasonality, and obsolete item management.
