Opportunity for growth in challenging projects **Senior Project Manager / Senior PMO** ----------------------------------------- ### **Description** We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager / Senior PMO** with experience in software project management, capable of planning, organizing, and overseeing end-to-end deliveries while acting as the liaison between clients and technical teams. This professional will be responsible for leading projects with **strong autonomy**, ensuring predictability, scope control, expectation alignment, and delivery quality, supported by the PMO and more experienced leadership for strategic decisions or highly complex projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, monitor, and close software development and maintenance projects. * Lead kickoff, alignment, and follow-up meetings with clients and stakeholders. * Define scope, schedule, priorities, and deliverables jointly with technical teams and clients. * Monitor and control scope changes, negotiating deadlines and aligning expectations. * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams for assigned projects. * Track backlog, sprints, and team demands jointly with Tech Leads and Product Owners. * Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing action plans. * Ensure project documentation (meeting minutes, schedules, status reports, decision logs) is organized and up to date. * Prepare progress tracking reports and status reports for clients and management. * Support demand prioritization and delivery organization. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, delivery quality, and agreed-upon requirements. * Promote clear communication between technical and non-technical areas, translating business needs into structured requirements. * Support continuous improvement of project management and PMO processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or equivalent role in technology projects. * Hands-on experience managing software development projects. * Experience directly engaging with clients and managing stakeholders. * Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams (development, QA, support, implementation). * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). * Experience managing scope, deadlines, priorities, and risks. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday, or similar). * Preparation and tracking of schedules, roadmaps, and status reports. * Familiarity with SaaS systems and software development environments. ### **Desired Soft Skills** * Clear and concise communication. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Negotiation skills. * Conflict management. * Sense of responsibility. * Teamwork. * Effective time and priority management. * Emotional intelligence. ### **Advantages** * Experience in software houses, IT consulting firms, or SaaS product companies. * Experience serving multiple clients simultaneously. * Knowledge of project monitoring metrics (KPIs and SLAs). * Experience working with remote teams. * Interest in progressing to leadership or Senior PMO roles. **Contract Benefits:** -------------------------- Access to modern project management and collaboration tools.
