As a Project Manager reporting to the PMO Manager of the Regional Solution Center (RSC), you will be responsible for delivering projects to new and existing customers related to Schneider Electric’s Digital Grid software suites, leading the assigned Project Control Team (PCT) in accordance with established PM methodology and best practices. You ensure that project scope is delivered on time, within approved budget, and meeting required quality standards (per agreed specifications). The Project Manager serves as the primary communication and contact point between the RSC (Regional Solution Center) and other organizations. When acting as an End-to-End PM, you will serve as Schneider Electric’s primary communication and contact point, performing responsibilities consistent with DG’s End-to-End PM role. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Read and understand available project documentation (SoW, RFP, ToC) during project preparation phase. * Foster an environment supporting teamwork to achieve project objectives. * Develop and maintain a detailed project plan (all project artifacts, including but not limited to, project schedule). * Monitor progress against the project plan and SoW. * Manage costs, schedule, and deliverables. * Be accountable for end-to-end cost planning in the project; organize and lead monthly cost planning events with the PCT. * Actively participate in preparation and execution of the monthly project review event led by the Finance Control department. * Attend Steering Committee meetings. * Manage risks and develop mitigation plans. * Manage and lead central project team members for project activities. * Coordinate daily activities of team members in support of RSC efforts. * Conduct regular project status meetings and generate periodic status reports. * Communicate and make decisions with customer Project Manager(s). * Communicate all requests, issues, and information identified by the central project team to the solution center, front office, and customer Project Manager. * Communicate project status and issues (internal and external) to RSC stakeholders on a weekly basis. * Communicate project status and issues (internal and external) to central project team members. * Ensure all decisions are properly communicated across the entire PCT. * Communicate and execute the mitigation plan. * Track and manage project issues identified by the customer, central project team, and Project Manager. * Escalate project issues (internal and external) when necessary. * Manage the change management process. * Manage the Change Order [CO] process after scope modification has been agreed upon and approved by central project team members and customer SMEs. * Monitor progress of project bug fixes and identify issues and risks with the team. * Monitor development progress via available tools and identify issues and risks with the team. * Participate in Business gates for FAT/SAT/Go-Live milestones. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor's degree in Engineering** (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Systems, Computer Science, etc.) * **MBA** in Project Management and/or PMP certification. * **Advanced English**, both spoken and written. * Spanish is a plus. * Solid knowledge of **electrical distribution and power quality** concepts * Experience and knowledge of **modern control systems in electrical automation applications (SCADA, RTUs, PLCs)** * Experience in **team management** (people). * Proven experience in project management roles and a track record in **software project management practices**. * Experience delivering software solutions in the **electric utilities sector** is a plus. * Basic knowledge of **contract management** is mandatory. * Knowledge of **IT infrastructure and cybersecurity** is beneficial though not essential. * Ability to lead multicultural and multinational teams. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including client interaction.
