You will be responsible for guiding and supervising operators and assistants on production lines regarding quality techniques, process control and organization, as well as assigning staff to workstations and overseeing daily routines. If this opportunity resonates with you—and you’re also passionate about your work—come discover the challenge Bauducco has prepared for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Collaborate with the PCP team to define the weekly production schedule, focusing on efficient allocation and optimization of the production process. Ensure raw material supply is adequate to meet requisitions and reservations from production supervisors. Ensure effective execution of the production schedule. Manage KPIs by monitoring the performance of production lines. Responsible for implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in collaboration with the Quality team through training, effective communication, and continuous monitoring. Serve as the liaison between the team and the Human Resources department to submit headcount requests—including transfers and hires—aligned with area needs. Analyze team competencies, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to enhance efficiency in the production process. Responsible for preparing quotations and budgets for third-party services, subject to approval by the Production Manager. Actively participate in product development processes, conducting tests and creating samples to improve product quality and functionality.
