Lead and develop production teams Manufacturer and distributor of presses and ecological brick machines seeks a Production Manager in Navegantes (Volta Grande). **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor all production activities, including machining, assembly, and welding processes. Ensure fulfillment of production orders within established deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards. Balance workloads across machines, production cells, and teams. Identify and promptly resolve bottlenecks, unplanned stoppages, and rework. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machining equipment (lathes, machining centers, milling machines). Monitor and optimize cycle times, setup times, and overall equipment effectiveness. Control the usage of tools, fixtures, and consumables to minimize waste and improve efficiency. Organize assembly sequences and workflows, ensuring availability of parts, subassemblies, and documentation. Monitor and control welding process quality (visual and dimensional) and consumption of consumables such as welding wire, electrodes, and shielding gas. Lead and develop teams of operators, welders, assemblers, and team leaders, assigning tasks and shifts. Ensure strict compliance with all quality procedures, safety regulations, and labor legislation. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality departments to drive continuous improvement of processes and products.
