The Pharmaceutical Manager is responsible for the overall store operation, such as: Standards and procedures, sales management, inventory management, customer service, daily financial transactions, monitoring of sales and margin indicators, development of commercial strategies, people management, and team training and development, among other responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active CRF in the state of São Paulo Willingness to reside in the city where the position is available: Ribeirão Preto/SP Full availability of schedule; Verbal and written communication skills (e\-mail); Proficiency in Office Suite and Systems. Excellent teamwork, leadership, and people development skills. Entrepreneurial profile with skills in commercial management, problem solving, sales, and customer service.
