A large-scale logistics company is seeking an Operations Leader to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating logistics processes with a focus on excellence, safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and compliance targets with safety, health, and environmental standards. Also lead the operational team, promote employee development, monitor performance, and support management in results analysis and identification of continuous improvement opportunities. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency; \- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. Desired Profile: \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Generalist profile, capable of managing multiple fronts simultaneously; \- Organized, with a sense of urgency and owner mentality; \- Adaptive and decisive.
