Main responsibilities: Support in establishing and ensuring achievement of project objectives; Create schedules, lead meetings, monitor scopes, deadlines, and key priorities; Support the Operations Manager in ensuring the required team profile for the project, analyzing the desired profile and participating in the selection process with the responsible department; Support business areas in understanding the company’s data treatments and workflows; Attend alignment and guideline meetings with the client; Organize data and generate reports to support decision-making; Conduct negotiations regarding deadlines and deliverables; Support the Operations Manager in open-scope projects; Coordinate the project/team allocation, ensuring Meta’s governance standards; Communicate strategies and information to the support team.
