




Description: * High school graduate. * Requires experience in the retail sector. * Contact the Store Manager in case of operational disruptions, and subsequently contact the Customer Service Representative if there is a need to change any product, proposing alternative products for inclusion and/or exclusion if necessary; * Promptly inform the Customer Service Representative about order progress in order to keep the order status updated in real time within the system; * Double-check items (while picking goods and during packaging) by comparing the order against the physical item and its respective quantity, analyzing packaging criteria, expiration dates, and product quality; * Package items according to standard procedures, respecting rules regarding physical space, fragility, temperature, volume, and organization; * Organize packages according to established standards to optimize and expedite deliveries and pickups; * Immediately notify the Customer Service Representative whenever issues arise that prevent fulfilling the customer's order; * Assist in guiding and supervising training for new employees on department routines; * Responsible for complying with rules and procedures established in the company's internal regulations; * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and take care of company materials and assets; * Work according to ergonomic and occupational safety standards; * Perform other related tasks consistent with those described, suitable to the role, aptitude, and responsibility, as determined by the supervisor. 2510230202201593236
