Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Physician to lead the strategy and operations of corporate health, managing health indicators, preventive programs, and data- and AI-driven initiatives. Manage health indicators using advanced analytics and AI We seek an Occupational Physician to lead the corporate health strategy and operations for Grupo Pernambucanas. This role will play a central part in managing health indicators, structuring preventive programs, and driving data- and AI-powered initiatives that directly impact employee productivity and experience. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Lead the Corporate Health area, including management of a multidisciplinary team and partner providers; * Design, implement, and evolve occupational health and wellness programs, with focus on scalability, data utilization, and AI application; * Manage health indicators (absenteeism, leave durations, occupational injury rates, health-related turnover) using advanced analytics and AI to generate insights and support decision-making; * Manage leave cases and interface with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), applying predictive analytics to mitigate operational impacts; * Develop and implement initiatives focused on mental health, ergonomics, and chronic diseases, supported by analytical models and intelligent audience segmentation; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (e.g., NRs, PCMSO), working closely with Occupational Safety and HR departments; * Lead the management and standardization of health processes across a decentralized operation, ensuring quality, consistency, and technology adoption across units; * Conduct strategic analyses and executive reporting, leveraging AI to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities; * Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, supporting data-driven and predictive-model-based decisions. Requirements: * Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine; * Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM); * Experience in corporate health management; * Prior experience leading teams; * Strong track record in health indicator management and interaction with INSS; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to occupational health; * Experience or familiarity with data usage, analytics, and AI applied to corporate health; * Analytical profile, with strategic vision and influence capability. ***Preferred Qualifications*** * Experience in highly distributed operations (multi-site/multi-unit); * Experience in large-scale mental health and wellness projects; * Hands-on experience with BI tools, analytics platforms, and AI solutions.
