Be the protagonist of your direction, be the protagonist of your development, and be the protagonist of your path. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the operational team, ensuring activities are carried out according to departmental procedures. You will assign tasks, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, support training and onboarding of new employees, verify materials, oversee machinery and equipment, propose process improvements, and serve as the liaison between the team and leadership. **Who We’re Looking For** We are seeking a responsible individual ready to take ownership of this role—someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people.
