The cuisine is based on Brazilian food and high-quality, delicious appetizers. The place is cozy and bustling. Control waste, place purchase orders, monitor ingredient production. Prepare and plate menu items, adhering to required presentation standards and food safety requirements. Experience and knowledge of inventory control and purchase ordering. Food Handling Certificate and Good Practices training. Strong knowledge of various food preparation techniques, cutting methods, and cooking processes. We seek a qualified and experienced Cook to organize kitchen activities. You will be the first person in charge of the facility and will inspect dishes before they are served to customers, ensuring high quality and satisfaction. Manage and direct the dish preparation process and any other related activities. Supervise subordinate staff, Foster a cooperative and respectful work environment among colleagues. Proven experience as a Lead Cook. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with health and safety training credentials. Diploma in Gastronomy or a related field is a plus. **SALARY \-** We are working with salary expectations.
