Sales and Performance Manager

You will be a key player in the sales strategy, people management, and continuous process improvement. * Lead, develop, and monitor the on-site sales team. * Define goals, KPIs, and action plans to achieve results. * Analyze the sales funnel, conversion rates, and average ticket size, proposing improvements. * Implement performance management routines (meetings, dashboards, reports). * Structure sales scripts, outreach approaches, and a sales playbook. * Ensure excellence in customer service and customer journey. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a sales manager, coordinator, or supervisor. * Proven track record managing goals, KPIs, and performance. * Experience leading on-site commercial teams. * Proficiency with CRM tools and routine performance tracking. * Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and strong decision-making skills. * Availability for 100% on-site work under CLT employment regime. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in B2C sales with medium/high average ticket. * History of building commercial departments or scaling teams. * Knowledge of sales funnels, inside sales, and consultative methodologies. * Experience with OKRs, aggressive targets, and high-growth environments. * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
