Job Summary:
The Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and strategic operation of the franchisor and company-owned stores, guaranteeing compliance with administrative, financial, and tax obligations.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and strategic operation of the
franchisor and company-owned stores (COS), guaranteeing compliance with administrative,
financial, and tax obligations. Acts as the liaison between franchise operations and corporate management, supporting decision-making and promoting continuous improvement in internal processes.
* Plan, organize, and supervise the franchisor's and COS's administrative routines, ensuring
operational efficiency and deadline compliance;
* Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis;
* Ensure proper fulfillment of tax obligations and monitor accounting processes in coordination with external accounting services;
* Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators to support executive leadership;
* Control contracts, legal documents, and internal procedures, ensuring compliance with franchisor standards and guidelines;
* Participate in defining and executing strategies for cost reduction and performance improvement;
* Coordinate and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;
* Serve as the primary contact point between the franchise and regulatory agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
* Prior experience in managing franchised units and company-owned stores;
* Knowledge of labor legislation and HR routines;
* Experience with management systems
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
Economics, or related fields;
* Solid knowledge of administrative, tax, and financial routines, including Income Statement (DRE), Statement of Retained Earnings (DRO), and cash flow;
* Practical understanding of accounting principles and experience in corporate or franchise environments;
* Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel is a plus);
* Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
* Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
