If you have field experience, strategic vision, and passion for results, this could be your next opportunity! **Key responsibilities:** * Manage agricultural operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity; * Plan and monitor planting, crop management, and harvesting activities; * Supervise soybean, corn, and cotton crops; * Lead field teams, ensuring goal achievement; * Monitor KPIs and promote continuous improvement. ✅ **Requirements:** * Solid experience in farm management; * Hands-on experience with soybean, corn, and cotton crops; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results orientation; * Degree in Agronomy is a plus. **Location:** Balsas \- MA ### **Key responsibilities** * Fully manage the farm's agricultural operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor planting, crop management, and harvesting activities; * Supervise the development of soybean, corn, and cotton crops, ensuring adherence to good agricultural practices; * Lead, develop, and engage field teams, fostering a high-performance environment; * Track productive, operational, and cost-related KPIs, proposing continuous improvements; * Ensure proper use of inputs, machinery, and available resources; * Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards; * Report operational results and status to senior management. ### **Technical requirements** * Proven experience in farm and agricultural operations management; * Practical experience with soybean, corn, and cotton crops; * Knowledge of agricultural planning, crop management, and team leadership; * Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions; * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (preferred/desirable); * Willingness to reside or work in the region. ### **Behavioral profile** * Strong leadership and ability to engage teams; * Organization and discipline in process management; * Results focus and high performance orientation; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Good communication and problem-solving skills; * Adaptability and resilience when facing field challenges.
