We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be positioned as a Specialist—the foremost expert in your field. **Key Responsibilities** Responsible for managing established client portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial consulting focused on profitability, relationship building, and client retention. * Deliver consultative service by alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Conduct personalized financial planning, advising clients on portfolio options; * Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; * Identify opportunities for upgrades and performance growth. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical capability and financial advisory skills; * Proficiency in negotiation and active listening; * Close engagement in portfolio management; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment acumen and decisiveness. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
