We are looking for a professional to join our CRM strategy team, responsible for building statistical models that help us understand who our customers are, predict their needs, and optimize our CRM engagement workflows. ***Your Challenges and Responsibilities*** * **Data Intelligence:** Analyze large volumes of data using statistical methods (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing) to identify hidden patterns and trends. * **Single Customer View:** Lead segmentation strategy and model development to enable deep understanding of each customer’s life stage and needs. * **Culture of Experimentation:** Define, execute, and interpret campaign and A/B test measurements, ensuring CRM workflow results are scalable and optimized. * **Strategic Insights:** Translate technical findings into clear recommendations that guide corporate decisions and improve conversion rates. * **Quality and Delivery:** Ensure statistical rigor, data organization, and timely delivery—always with a focus on customer experience. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in quantitative disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields). * **Data Programming:** Solid experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL. * **Applied Statistics:** Practical experience in statistical modeling, clustering techniques, and hypothesis testing. * **Analytical Mindset:** Sharp logical reasoning, critical thinking, and ability to translate numbers into business insights. * **Collaboration:** Strong communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and share learnings. ***Preferred Qualifications*** * Passion for learning new technologies and advanced statistical techniques. * Prior experience in projects focused on Retention, LTV (Lifetime Value), or Churn.
