We offer customized services to meet our clients' needs in the labor market. **Responsibilities:** Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction, organizing team workflows, schedules, and deliverables. Collaborate with planning teams to build strategic project frameworks, manage on- and off-line campaigns, validate materials prior to delivery, and lead presentations and pitches. Develop and supervise vendors and partners, foster close collaboration, and support the growth of the creative team. Previous experience as a Creative Manager, Design Supervisor, Creative Marketing Coordinator, or Creative Project Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
