The construction company is seeking a Construction Manager based in Bauru. **Responsibilities:** Manage and coordinate infrastructure construction projects (e.g., roadways, drainage, earthworks, etc.). Plan and monitor schedules and ensure timely and cost-effective execution by field teams, while guaranteeing quality and safety in operations. Interface with clients, suppliers, and other involved departments. Previous experience as Construction Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Engineering Project Manager, or Director of Construction may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
