




Job Summary: The professional will develop and execute Civil Engineering projects, collaborate on complementary projects, guide and manage construction phases, as well as manage resources and report activities. Collaboration on complementary projects and construction site supervision Develop and execute Civil Engineering projects, participating in various stages such as preliminary studies, sketches, architectural floor plans and layouts, conceptual designs, structural calculations, detailed engineering designs, etc., aiming to define characteristics, execution methods, and required resources; Collaborate in the development of complementary projects, such as hydraulic, electrical, lightning protection, and fire safety studies, for example; Guide and supervise various construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, deadlines, costs, and technical specifications; Manage civil construction projects by controlling human, material, and financial resources, ensuring adherence to schedules and the expected quality standards, as well as communication with stakeholders; Determine the staffing requirements for in-house MDO teams and subcontractors, and optimize resources and inputs for civil construction and maintenance activities, ensuring established technical and quality standards; Update RDOs (Construction Daily Reports) with daily information regarding tasks, responsibilities, incidents, corrective actions, materials, and equipment, and submit reports to managers and clients; Support Contract Managers during meetings with clients and subcontractors. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in civil construction.
