To implement this purpose, the following are required: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in the final year of Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Economics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate knowledge and experience using ERP, JUI, and RMS systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel (company vehicle will be provided); * Availability to occasionally work on weekends; * Talent matters most! In this role, the professional will be responsible for: * Monitoring delivery of issued purchase orders; * Monitoring NBP workflow; * Monitoring and correcting inventory levels; * Sourcing products from distributors and wholesalers, with emphasis on securing optimal commercial terms; * Digitizing supplier offers and flyers; * Generating store maps; * Issuing purchase orders; * Recording supplier agreements; * Conducting price quotations; * Participating in internal meetings with the sales team. **Your talent opens doors.
