Team management and inventory control **Assistant Store Manager** Requirements: \- Must be at least 18 years old. \- Proven experience as a Leader, Coordinator, or Manager. \- Availability and flexibility regarding work hours. Wearing adornments or having a beard is prohibited (ANVISA requirement). Main Responsibilities: \- Provide assistance to the store manager. \- Assume responsibility for restaurant operations during shifts. \- Plan, correct, and monitor team activities. \- Manage employee leave schedules and shift assignments. \- Manage inventory. \- Supervise product expiration dates and quality. \- Support general store operations. \- Perform other routine duties related to the position.
