Inventory control and product quality assurance. **Assistant Store Manager** Requirements: \- Must be over 18 years of age. \- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Coordinator, or Manager. \- Availability and schedule flexibility. Adornments and beards are prohibited (ANVISA requirement). Main Responsibilities: \- Assist the Store Manager. \- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts. \- Plan, correct, and monitor team activities. \- Manage employee leave schedules and shift assignments. \- Manage inventory. \- Supervise product expiration dates and quality. \- Support general store operations. \- Perform other routine duties related to the position.
