Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever considered continuing your career takeoff with the World’s Best Airline? **Job Mission** Coordinate and supervise daily airport operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, safety regulations, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day:** **** The Crewmember will join our **Airport** team at our **CGH** base located in **CONGONHAS\-SP** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise check\-in, boarding, deplaning, baggage handling, and customer service activities. * Ensure operational procedures comply with regulations issued by ANAC, Infraero, and other competent authorities. * Monitor operational performance and customer satisfaction indicators, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Coordinate and guide the operational team, promoting training and continuous development. * Support the Airport Manager in human and material resource management. * Address operational issues and respond to emergency situations. * Maintain relationships with airport authorities and local partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Bring in Your Luggage (Prerequisites):** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Civil Aviation, or related fields). * Experience in airport operations or team management. * Basic knowledge of aviation safety regulations and standards. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. * Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. **Interested in Our Challenge?
