Here, you will join a network that values best practices and believes in the power of education to build a better future. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage student recruitment, enrollment, and re-enrollment processes; * Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with families; * Plan and monitor brand positioning and recruitment activities and events; * Guide and support the secretarial team throughout enrollment cycles; * Collaborate with pedagogical coordinations and Marketing on retention and recruitment strategies; * Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and support service teams; * Control operational expenses, budgeting, and unit procurement; * Monitor payments and ensure administrative and operational support for the school. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, School Management, Business Management, Pedagogy, Business Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative, financial, and operational management; * Experience in customer service, negotiation, and family relationship management; * Experience in team management and budget monitoring; * Knowledge of administrative processes, procurement, payments, and financial controls; * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite/Google Workspace. **Additional information** More than benefits — comprehensive care for you and your journey!
