




Description: * Completed Higher Education; * Specialization (Postgraduate/MBA) - Desirable; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and labor obligations; * Knowledge of Accounting and finance; * Computer skills (Office Suite); * Coordinate and be responsible for all administrative activities at the construction site, organizing and directing specific area tasks and controlling staff performance to ensure normal workflow; * Management of Administrative Activities; * Manage and/or execute all services inherent to the administrative, financial, and human resources areas related to the project; * Assign tasks by providing information and implementing work routines to ensure and guide their execution; * Organize employee work schedules, vacation, and leave schedules, following relevant regulations and higher-level decisions to comply with legal requirements; * Process requests for early departures, leaves, and absences of subordinates, evaluating merits, proposing disciplinary sanctions or rewards, and indicating possible replacements in cases of unavailability to prevent work interruptions or detrimental inefficiencies; * Request personnel and materials necessary for the department's operations, requiring form completion and sending them to the specialized section; * Management of Administrative Activities; * Monitor, evaluate, and provide necessary resources for individual employee training and qualification on the project, verifying instructions and demonstrations of operations and tasks to be performed to achieve desired work performance; * Ensure compliance with standards and service orders by organizing, assigning, and guiding tasks to be performed; * Ensure adherence to regulations, orders, and service instructions, applying appropriate measures and actions to guarantee the achievement of intended objectives; * Support to Management and Board; * Provide required administrative information to the Engineer or Director; * Support the contract manager in tasks related to Personnel, Safety, General Services, Communications, Purchasing, Cashier, Warehouse, and Cafeteria; * Mobilize and demobilize the project jointly with the Engineer and Operations Director. 2510240202201828650
