A well-established consulting, auditing, and outsourcing company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. **Responsibilities:** * Accounting planning. * Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting continuous training and a collaborative environment. * Ensure all accounting processes are executed in accordance with best practices and current regulations. * Prepare financial and accounting reports for senior management and clients. * Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax obligations by both the company and its clients. * Coordinate integration and process improvement projects related to accounting. * Client relationship management.
