Here, you will not merely be a manager—you will be a \-key player in the firm’s growth and strategic positioning. **Responsibilities:** * Strategic management and supervision of the **Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Legal Compliance** departments * Monitoring monthly closings and delivery of ancillary obligations * Leadership development and team strengthening * Implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes * Deadline control, performance indicators, and goal tracking * Strategic client service and technical support for complex requests * Direct support to the executive board in decision-making and growth planning * Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and labor legislation **Requirements:** **Essential:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Proven experience managing an accounting firm * Solid knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Legal Compliance areas * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and strategic vision * Team management capability and conflict resolution skills * Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in performance indicators * Active CRC registration **What We Seek:** A professional who goes beyond operations—someone with an owner’s mindset, growth vision, and the ability to structure the firm for new levels of performance.
