**What success looks like in this role:** • Provides Identity and Access Management (IAM) support and supplier management services to external customers. • Performs daily monitoring and management of support tickets, taking proactive measures to ensure consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Troubleshoots issues in systems and host environments, identifying and resolving failures, inconsistencies, and systemic issues related to identity and access services. • Evaluates, recommends, and implements solutions to ensure system functionality, security, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements. • Manages user lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and account maintenance in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra ID). • Conducts meetings with customers to align business needs, access requirements, project updates, and IAM-related initiatives. • Collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support IAM operations and enhance service delivery. • Maintains accurate system records, documentation, and audit-related information. • Assists system users by creating instructional guides, providing technical support, and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues and customers. • Supports compliance, security, and governance initiatives, ensuring appropriate access controls and adherence to IAM (Identity and Access Management) best practices. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), directory services, or IT security operations; or an equivalent combination of academic training, certification, and experience. • Practical experience with Active Directory (AD): user provisioning, group management, Organizational Unit (OU) structure, fundamental Group Policy Object (GPO) concepts, and account troubleshooting. • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID: Conditional Access, enterprise applications, SSO, MFA, and identity governance. • Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is highly desirable) for automation and batch operations. • Understanding of Windows Server, DNS, fundamental networking concepts, and system logs. • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience conducting customer meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting updates. • Ability to create clear documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides. • Professionalism in managing suppliers and stakeholders. • Ability to manage SLAs and prioritize support tickets. • Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong sense of accountability. • Ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
