We are looking for a committed Student Supervisor who prioritizes student care, safety, and positive interaction within the school environment—acting responsibly, attentively, and ethically during daily supervision of our students. Monitor student movement throughout school premises (entrance, exit, breaks, hallways); Support the pedagogical team in maintaining discipline and enforcing internal regulations; Ensure safety, order, and positive interaction within the school environment; Record incidents and report relevant situations to the coordination team; Collaborate with the administrative team on operational routines and environmental organization; Utilize digital tools for recording and communicating information. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education; Prior experience in a school setting or in surveillance/monitoring roles; Certifications in conflict mediation, first aid, or customer service will be considered advantageous; Residing in the North Zone is a plus; Familiarity with digital tools; Knowledge of safety standards, discipline protocols, and basic first aid ### **Benefits** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Benefits club (discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); Discounts for children at any school within the Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy).
