Leadership potential and growth opportunities within the company **Main challenges of this position:** \* Inspection of all incoming items, ensuring brand quality standards with high-level scrutiny and verification (stones, plating, clasps, pins, scratches, scuffs, and other finishes). \* Inventory organization, control, and verification. \* Order picking, verification, and packaging. \* Order verification in the system, respecting all customer-specific notes and requirements (must be extremely methodical and detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail). \* Photographic documentation of orders prior to shipment. \* Preparation of packaging for shipment. \* Daily management and tracking of postal and courier pickups. \* Organization and control of materials used by the company (bags, tags, certificates, packaging, etc.). \* Monitoring repairs, adjustments, and item movement. \* Support in operational organization and resolution of urgent shipping-related demands. Company located in Granja Viana (Cotia) - SP, specializing in fashion jewelry. An established and well-known company in the national jewelry and fashion jewelry market, with in-house production and nationwide distribution, including exports to select countries. We seek a Shipping Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an exceptionally organized, committed, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with processes, organization, and high-quality standards. We expect a results-oriented individual with flexibility and proactivity to work overtime when necessary—starting earlier or staying later during high-demand periods, campaigns, and product launches. It is also essential to be available to support company trade shows and events, including weekends, assisting with setup, teardown, and all related shipping operations during such events. *ABOUT THIS POSITION:* \* Work model: On-site. \* Location: Granja Viana – Cotia/SP. \* Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. \* Salary: R$ 2\.250,00\. \* Benefits: Transportation allowance, productivity bonus, meal allowance of R$250,00\. \* Overtime: Paid according to operational needs. \* Growth: Seeking candidates eager to build a long-term career and with potential to assume greater responsibilities and eventually lead the shipping team.
