Responsibilities and Duties * Administer and configure the Senior (Ronda) system, ensuring compliance with business rules * Automate processes and validate the complete payroll, labor charges, and eSocial cycle * Verify termination calculations, vacation pay, electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and overtime * Manage leaves of absence, alimony payments, and benefits, ensuring proper accounting integration * Responsible for data entered into the Syync platform Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience in Human Resources Desirable Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in the Senior system (Rubi and Ronda) * Solid experience in Personnel Department routines * Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge Additional Information **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of BRL 57.00 per workday * Social Card Vida (available 90 days after hiring) * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee) * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee) Work Location: On-site
