Mandatory Requirements * **Proven experience in commercial management within the construction materials sector;** * Experience in team leadership and management; * Knowledge of negotiation, customer service, and sales closing; * Familiarity with targets and performance indicators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or Advanced Excel); * Experience with ERP Softsystem will be considered a plus; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Analytical ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills. Job Details * On-site position; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (weekend days off alternate); * Work location: **Via Estrutural / SCIA – DF**. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ variable pay (between R$ 4\.500,00 and R$ 8\.000,00\) * Commission; * Meal allowance (VA) and transportation allowance (VT); * Profit-sharing program.
