Sales Supervisor

Description

Main responsibilities: Based on established commercial objectives, develop the strategic plan to achieve the target; Develop product training together with the product consultant team; Lead client business operations by establishing commercial policies and managing volumes, market share, costs, and commercial contracts; Conduct market analysis and review various reports; Develop sell-out initiatives; Monitor the entire sales process to clients; Manage post-sales related issues; Respond to customer and representative requests; Prepare commercial proposals, calculate margins and deadlines; Verify pending items and send information and proposals; Support the organization and execution of events and trade fairs; Analyze resources, features, strengths, and weaknesses of each product compared to competing products; Analyze actions to be taken with recently opened accounts to encourage new customers to maintain purchase frequency through training, workshops, etc.; Arrange/Request payment authorizations for expenses related to your area from the commercial assistant in a timely manner for processing by the finance department; Support the development of sales strategies by analyzing the macroeconomic environment, opportunities, internal conditions, and market requirements; Monitor the implemented strategy and establish contact with current and prospective customers; Place orders, monitor customer registration, billing, returns, and track delivery processes; Manage the commercial representative team; Negotiate conceptual spaces with clients and Trade actions based on Commercial Management directives. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree / Intermediate English proficiency / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Knowledge of the musical instruments market / Willingness to travel.
