Act as a hybrid between a Project Manager and a Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring project deliveries are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. This position will play a strategic role in leading complex initiatives, promoting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and alignment between technical and business areas. **Responsibilities:** — Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, budget, and quality. — Coordinate delivery activities, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. — Lead alignment sessions with technical and executive stakeholders. — Ensure advancement of delivery practices and project governance. — Manage people, supervise teams, and prioritize demands. — Support definition and evaluation of requirements in collaboration with business and technology areas. **Requirements:** — Knowledge of project management, methodologies, people management, and requirement evaluation. — Solid experience managing projects in large enterprises, with complex deliveries and broad scope. — Analytical, organized profile with strong results orientation. — Advanced English proficiency. **Important Information:** Work Location: Butantã – São Paulo/SP Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Contract Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Language: Advanced English
