Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Responsible for coordinating the implementation and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. * Implement and support the Management System. * Lead CAPEX SHE/MAN/AI projects and implementations. * Implement continuous operational improvement processes based on industry best practices (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) and innovations (e.g., Industry 4\.0, digitalization, automation) to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. * Support operational planning through sizing of operational resources (machines and teams), capacity definition, and identification of improvement opportunities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or any Engineering discipline with a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office suite; advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * SAP/AS400 knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** Willingness to work in São Paulo or Cubatão. **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
