Methodology Implementation and Student Retention **Position: Pedagogical Coordinator – Language School** Juiz de Fora We are looking for a professional with leadership, organizational skills, and a strong focus on pedagogical quality to coordinate two language school units. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate pedagogical operations, ensuring teaching quality and standardization * Monitor student performance and academic indicators * Train, guide, and develop teachers * Organize classes, schedules, and the academic calendar * Ensure implementation of the school's methodology * Support student retention through pedagogical experience * Manage administrative routines of the department **Requirements:** * Degree in Pedagogy or Languages * Experience in language courses * Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills **Job Details:** * Workload: 44 hours per week (including Saturdays) * Flexible hours according to demand * Salary: R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** * Language course scholarship at the unit * Training with certification * Internal career advancement opportunities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
