Opportunity for professional development and growth JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Engineer to manage risk prevention programs, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and promote a safe and healthy work environment. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Industrial environment experience is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety programs (e.g., PGR, LTCAT, etc.); * Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Conduct audits, inspections, and risk analyses; * Investigate accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Support safety training and awareness campaigns; * Manage legal documentation and area-specific indicators; * Accompany expert assessments and inspections when required.
