Preparation of performance reports for decision-making The Monitoring Analyst is responsible for real-time monitoring of logistics operations, vehicle tracking, route control, and adherence to deadlines, ensuring delivery safety, efficiency, and integrity. This role involves identifying operational deviations, communicating with drivers and partners, and generating performance reports to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor the fleet using tracking and telematics systems; Track route compliance, delivery deadlines, and service time windows; Identify and report operational deviations or irregularities in real time; Proactively resolve logistics issues by engaging internal or external teams as needed; Communicate with drivers and carriers to ensure smooth operations; Update systems with trip statuses, incidents, and proof-of-delivery documents; Prepare performance reports and metrics for departmental analysis; Support asset security and risk management functions, where applicable. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in logistics monitoring, tracking, or related areas; Proficiency in tracking tools (e.g., Sascar); Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
