Mid-Level Fullstack Developer

About the position: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and modern front-end technologies to drive the evolution and maintenance of business-critical applications. This role involves developing new features, resolving complex issues in production environments, performance analysis, and actively participating in technical and architectural decisions—directly contributing to the scalability, stability, and evolution of our solutions. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and evolve systems and applications using sound software engineering practices. ✔ Analyze and fix defects in production environments. ✔ Investigate and resolve incidents and complex issues related to applications. ✔ Support deployment processes and monitor solution stabilization in production. ✔ Perform performance analysis on applications, APIs, and database queries. ✔ Participate in technical discussions and architectural solution design. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability, quality, and continuous evolution. ✔ Apply design patterns and development best practices across the entire software lifecycle. Requirements: ✔ Experience developing applications using Java 17+. ✔ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem. ✔ Knowledge of microservice architecture. ✔ Experience applying Design Patterns and development best practices. ✔ Familiarity with system integrations via REST APIs and messaging. ✔ Experience with AWS services and architecture, including: EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) SNS (Simple Notification Service) SQS (Simple Queue Service) DynamoDB AWS Batch ✔ Experience with Oracle Database, including modeling, development, and SQL query optimization. ✔ Front-end development knowledge, including: TypeScript React 18+ React Router Axios for consuming REST APIs HTML5, CSS3, and Sass Vite ✔ Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. ✔ Experience writing and executing unit tests. Nice-to-have: ➕ Experience with observability and monitoring tools and practices—including logs, metrics, and traces. ➕ Experience in performance analysis and troubleshooting in distributed environments. ➕ Analytical, investigative mindset with strong problem-solving orientation. ➕ Experience in high-availability environments and mission-critical systems.
