Contributing to construction supervision in accordance with project delivery milestones. Supporting the development of terms of reference, scope analysis, project drawing interpretation, and other related topics. **Responsibilities:** * Development of small-, medium-, and large-scale projects across all investment lifecycle phases—including demand identification, project planning (preliminary studies, macro-scheduling, presentations, etc.), preparation of contracting terms of reference, contract and project management. * Monitoring and supervising services, construction works, and renovations under the responsibility of the Capex Directorate to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and specifications. * Overseeing general engineering activities, coordinating with the Coordination Office, liaising with other public agencies, concessionaires, and other members of the airport community, evaluating service efficiency, and verifying adherence to established recommendations and regulations. * Participating in technical decision-making jointly with the Capex area and direct management, conducting studies on engineering best practices, technological updates, and development of predefined research and processes. * Supporting project and construction procurement processes and contract management by coordinating the team and performing critical analysis of procurements—prioritizing processes, monitoring and validating deliverables, and ensuring compliance with corporate norms and procedures. * Conducting critical analysis of planned investments to identify optimal alternatives and solutions through value engineering applications, aiming for business competitiveness and sustainability. * Directly contributing to matters related to the Airport Operational Safety Management System (SGSO) by assisting in the development of operational safety plans and risk analysis during project development.
