We have an opening for a Logistics Operations Leader, located in Jabaquara (SP) The position involves: * Managing the logistics team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting employee development. * Planning and supervising goods receipt, ensuring accurate verification and proper product storage. * Coordinating the flow of materials and products, ensuring operational efficiency and resource optimization. * Managing and controlling inventory, conducting periodic stock counts, and ensuring data accuracy. * Using and optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring process traceability and organization. * Managing the order portfolio, ensuring timely shipment fulfillment according to marketplace (MKP) cutoff times. Location: Jabaquara – SP Work model: On-site * Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays as overtime: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Salary: We are working with candidates' salary expectations.
