With a solid track record, Prolind continuously invests in technology, continuous improvement, and employee development, fostering a modern, innovative, and challenging work environment. **ABOUT THE POSITION** We are seeking a Logistics Operations Leader to manage operations at the Refusion Unit, ensuring efficient, safe, and organized execution of logistics processes. This professional will be responsible for overseeing routine activities including receiving, warehousing, material handling, shipping, and material control—ensuring inventory accuracy, alignment between physical operations and systems, and support for production demands. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure operational safety and compliance with regulations and procedures; * Lead and supervise the team in receiving, warehousing, material handling, and shipping activities; * Control material inflows and outflows, ensuring organization and inventory accuracy; * Monitor physical and system-based inventories, addressing discrepancies when necessary; * Ensure proper receipt, verification, identification, weighing, and storage of materials; * Support production replenishment and internal material movement; * Monitor billing processes, invoice issuance, and cargo release; * Support inspection and preparation of raw materials for production; * Interface with Production, Sales, and other departments to ensure operational alignment; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous process improvements; * Ensure compliance with internal programs such as 5S, Safety, and corporate policies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical education in Logistics or related fields; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production processes and operational leadership roles; * NR11 Certification – Forklift Operation; * Knowledge of production processes and quality control; * Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, or similar; * Analytical ability to interpret operational indicators and KPIs; * Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material handling, and shipping; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. **PREFERRED** * Knowledge of billing and invoice issuance; * Familiarity with basic transportation and freight legislation; * Experience in industrial operations; * Experience with inventories and systemic material control; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and performance analysis. **POSITION DETAILS** * Employment type: CLT (90-day probationary contract); * Work mode: On-site; * Location: Rodovia Presidente Dutra KM 138; * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 5:14 PM to 2:33 AM. **BENEFITS** * Meals provided at the company; * Chartered transportation and free parking; * Multi-benefit card; * Grocery basket delivered to home; * Medical and dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Wellhub/Gympass; * Credit cooperative; * School supply allowance; * Exclusive partnership program for employees.
