We are looking for an organized, attentive, and dynamic professional to join our logistics team and ensure agility across our supply chain—from raw material receiving to finished parts shipping. **Key Responsibilities** * **Receiving and Inspection:** Verify quantity and quality of materials against invoices and purchase orders. * **Inventory Management:** Physically organize the warehouse, conduct periodic inventories, and reconcile physical stock with system records. * **Data Processing:** Enter incoming invoices and operate ERP systems. * **Shipping:** Pick orders per invoice, ensuring proper packaging for safe transportation of industrial components. * **Internal Support:** Manage and deliver PPE and production line supplies. **What We Seek (Requirements)** * **Education:** Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics (currently pursuing or completed). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and prior experience with ERP systems. * **Behavioral Profile:** Organized, proactive, decisive, and skilled in interpersonal communication.
