**A snapshot of your day** Carry out quality control activities, performing electrical tests on equipment, preliminary tests during the manufacturing process, analyzing test results, issuing relevant documentation, and verifying maintenance of used instruments and devices—aiming to ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards. A compatible educational background is required (CREA registration). **How you will make an impact** * Conduct quality inspections (internal and external), measurements, and non-destructive testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Perform inspections and tests on equipment and raw materials, including measurements and issuance of technical reports on deviations and rework. * Identify non-conformities, define their disposition, and monitor corrective and preventive actions, verifying their effectiveness. * Develop, manage, and implement inspection plans, test plans, quality plans, and related records (tests, audits, and releases). * Conduct audits (internal and external), support supplier qualification, develop training materials, and support the quality management system. * Safety: Act in accordance with the Integrated Management System, considering occupational health and safety risks, environmental aspects, and promoting a safe, sustainable, and continuously improving workplace. **What you bring** * Education: Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Electronics. * Prior experience in high-voltage and power electrical testing. * Knowledge of electrical diagrams. * Requirement to work at heights. * Availability for shift work, including second and third shifts. * Professional registration: Active CREA or equivalent. **About the team** This is a local team based at the Test Field, directly responsible for quality control of power transformers up to 800 kV. This area plays a critical role in validating equipment prior to release, performing inspections, conducting high-voltage electrical tests, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and other support functions, contributing to final product reliability and operational excellence at the factory.
