**Responsibilities:** Responsible for analyzing mechanical failures and proposing solutions, planning and scheduling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring departmental KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, and costs), preparing technical reports and action plans, supporting contract and supplier management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, participating in root cause analyses, contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement, interacting with operations to align requirements and priorities, and overseeing internally and externally performed maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) (preferred).
