Communication among Commercial, After-sales, and Administrative departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Position Objective: Support administrative and operational routines related to the vehicle technical delivery process, ensuring organization, document standardization, deadline compliance, and support for involved departments, contributing to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the organization and verification of documents related to vehicle technical delivery. Assist in controlling and updating internal spreadsheets and systems. Support departmental operational routines by monitoring vehicle delivery flow. Assist in scheduling technical deliveries with customers and internal departments. Facilitate communication among Commercial, After-sales, and Administrative departments. Support physical and digital document archiving. Assist in verifying technical delivery checklists. Support preparation of simple reports and internal controls. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and proactivity.
