Job Summary: Financial Analyst responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial reporting, with a focus on management, reconciliation, and tax support. Key Highlights: 1. Cash flow management and control, and budget planning. 2. Accounts payable/receivable routines and bank reconciliation. 3. Support in preparing managerial reports and monitoring performance indicators. Financial Analyst Responsibilities include: * Accounts payable; * Accounts receivable; * Cash flow; * Financial reporting. * Knowledge: Cash flow, financial control, financial systems, financial mathematics, and data analysis. * Skills: Accuracy, organization, and analytical ability. * Attitude: Professional confidentiality, responsibility, and ethics. * Cash Flow Management: Preparation and monitoring of financial forecasts and budget planning. * Accounts Payable/Receivable Routines: Ensuring compliance with financial deadlines and performing bank reconciliation. * Tax Support: Issuing, verifying, and managing invoices, and assisting in tax administration. * Reports and Indicators: Supporting the preparation of managerial reports and monitoring performance indicators (e.g., delinquency rate and payment terms). * Closing Support: Assisting in monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
