Indicator analysis and continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manages the operational infrastructure and building services, ensuring safe and functional environments through planning, supervision, and monitoring of maintenance, conservation, security, and utilities across the company's various sites. Monitors preventive and corrective routines, supervises suppliers, and ensures compliance with standards, legislation, and internal policies. Leads fleet and corporate mobility management, administering owned and leased vehicles, controlling requests, reimbursements, fuel, and travel reports, ensuring adherence to mobility policies and efficient resource utilization. Administers operational contracts and suppliers, tracking SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and renewal processes, identifying improvement opportunities and driving adjustments and negotiations as needed. Ensures implementation and control of Facilities policies, maintaining updated processes, documents, and forms, guaranteeing their application across departments and supporting audits with evidence and operational compliance. Manages assets and operational inventory, controlling equipment, furniture, PPEs, and devices; conducts periodic inventories; records movements; and proposes actions to reduce losses and extend resource lifespan.
