Making a difference can also be your purpose. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect leads and provide customer service; * Negotiate and onboard new real estate partners; * Engage and maintain relationships with existing real estate partners to generate new contracts; * Conduct proactive prospecting using qualified databases of potential partners; * Train real estate partners on how to use the Avalyst platform; * Manage relationships and address customer inquiries; * Follow up on open and approved proposals that have not yet been finalized; * Use Avalyst platform tools to record all activities; * Conduct in-person visits to real estate agencies; * Promote events, initiatives, and trainings for real estate partners via social media; * Meet departmental KPIs; * Provide support across platforms: Blip, Go To, and other customer service channels; * Study, read, listen to podcasts, attend lectures, events, meetings, and other learning and development opportunities. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in using technology, especially Office suite and CRM systems; * Experience in Commercial and Sales roles; * Discipline, efficiency, and solution-oriented focus.
